"For once in my life I can say that my experience in the whole process of obtaining the Ford Galaxy under the Motability Scheme was pleasurable.  Allan Thompson on our first meeting and ordering the Galaxy was patient and understanding in my needs for the vehicle and appreciated that I had researched what the vehicle had to offer.  He promised to keep me informed throughout the 3 month waiting period, and that promise he kept.  On the day of taking delivery he made my wife and I feel at ease and relaxed, from examining the end os my lease, explaining each and every step of documentation, legal requirements to the handover when we had a guided tour of the vehicle and its capabilities.  In all the 2 hours raced by due to his patience and commitment.  He has since telephoned to follow up any aspects I might not be sure of, and my opinion of the Galaxy.  Overall, we could not have been more satisfied, and look forward to continued A1 service.  The Galaxy is impressive, and we are well pleased with our choice."
