19/3/2010 - We had a fantastic time, reminiscing with our customers over some classic Fords from the 1970's. We were please to see there was so much interest in the heritage of Ford Motor Company and will certainly be looking to display more Ford's from times gone by in the near future.
Thank you to everyone that attended from all at County Garage.
Pet Rocks, Mood Rings, Disco, Happy Days, 45’s, 8 Tracks, Lava Lamps, Roller Skates, Bell Bottoms, Abba – If you weren’t born in the 1970’s we are sure you know all about them.
County Garage Ford in Herne Bay has been locally supplying and maintaining Ford vehicles for over 40 years and we would be delighted if you would come and celebrate with us.
As well as having some classic Fords from that era in concourse condition, you can also laugh at our staff in their authentic flares and tight fitting shirts dancing to the disco showroom music.
With 1970’s décor and original fads from the time on display we hope to see you there. Please feel free to come in and have a look around at some classic Ford heritage. If you have an older Ford yourself, we would be delighted to have a look as we all share a passion for the brand having owned many of the vehicles ourselves.
Today, Ford Motor Company stands for exactly the same values of economic running costs and value for money.
County Garage over the decades still firmly believes in good customer service, great value and a friendly non-pressured purchase experience. You are welcome to have a look at some of our celebratory deals on new and used cars where we have some excellent savings.
Our 1970’s week runs from Wednesday 10 March until Wednesday 17 March 2010. We would love to see you there.
