The Consumer Credit Directive (regulated by the Office of Fair Trading) requires all businesses offering specific types of credit to disclose key facts about their credit related business.

The information below is supplied to help you decide if our services as a credit intermediary are right for you.  We do not make a charge for any advice given in relation to credit agreements and only use credit providers that follow the Finance & Leasing Association (FLA) lending code.

We only offer selected products from four finance providers:

Who regulates our activities?

County Garage (Sales) Limited is regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).  We have therefore obtained a consumer credit licence in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act.  Our licence number is 331443.

In agreeing to proceed with a finance application we always want to ensure you:
Have entered into an agreement you feel you can afford.
Understand the key points of the agreement.
Understand the costs of the credit.
Have sufficient time to consider the finance before signing the agreement.
Understand your right to withdraw within 14 days.
What will happen if you fail to make payments.
Your right to repay early, either in full or in part.
