£2,000 joining bonus* and immediate investment in your career
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with up to £5,000 per year investment in your training and progression to Master Technician and EV specialisms. Maybe you are currently working for an independant dealer and want to experience a franchised workshop without the pressure or alternatvely turbo charge the investment in your training.
A long serving member of our team has retired as we are looking for someone to join our team that shares our vision. We look to create a freindly and enjoyable working environment in a recently refurbished workshop, valuing the quality of the workmanship over the speed of the repair.
Whether you have just completed your apprenticeship or are an experienced vehicle technician, if you take pride in delivering the best quality workmanship we would love to meet you.
County Garage Ford is a family owned, award winning Ford Dealership established in 1962, and recently rated one of the top Ford dealerships in the UK picking up the Ford President's award for customer satisfaction and meeting Ford franchise objectives.
The role includes delivering a high level of workmanship on vehicle maintenance, service and diagnostic routines. We are looking for a genuine enthusiasm to take on all types of work on a vehicle, with a tenacious attitude to get vehicles fixed right first time.
You will be supported by our friendly team, with a vast experience of working both on Ford vehicles and other brands. We have an average length of service of 11 years across the dealership.
To improve our customer experience, you would also be required to complete an electronic video health check on every vehicle serviced in order for the customer to view the condition of their vehicle. We appreciate you need the best tools to do the job so you will be working with the latest diagnostic equipment and special tools in our workshop that was refurbished earlier this year.
The role also requires you to be proficient in using web-based applications and you would need to hold a full driving licence. Level 3 NVQ/VRQ or equivalent in vehicle technician/mechanical, maintenance and repairs required.
