My Service Department Appointment

If you have symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as a persistent new cough or high temperature, please contact our service department prior to visiting us.
What are we doing?
We have taken extra measures to protect you and our team including the use of masks and gloves. We will also protect your vehicle with seat covers, steering wheel wraps, gear knob wrap and handbrake cover wrap.
We are also using antiviral sprays and our team are checking their temperature prior to tarting work with a no contact digital thermometer.
Please only visit our dealership if you have a service appointment. As part of your booking, our service team will have confirmed a convenient time for you to attend.
On booking day
For increased safety, currently we are greeting all our customers outside the main entrance to our building. We would ask just one person drop the vehicle off. As you approach the building, if you briefly wait where indicated and a member of our service team wearing gloves and a mask will come out and greet you. We will ask you to drop your keys in a poly bag and will not be asking for any signatures on documents.
Some of our services are being affected by the current COVID-19 situation. We are operating with a much smaller team. We are unable to offer toilet facilities, tea/coffee or waiting appointments due to greeting all customers outside the building.
Currently service washes have been replaced with extra sanitation measures on your vehicle. Collection and Delivery has been limited to vulnerable people, those working in essential services or unable to work from home. We have also reserved our courtesy cars for those suffering a vehicle breakdown.
