Booking your car in shouldn’t be stressful or inconvenient. 

At County Garage Ford we offer a range of FREE courtesy services at no additional cost including Pick Up and Delivery, Lift home or to work, Waiting Appointment, Saturday morning appointment or a Courtesy Car (Admin fee applies)

Pick Up and Delivery

We can pick up and deliver your vehicle within a 12 mile radius of our dealership, covering all of CT5 and CT6.  We may be able to collect from other areas within East Kent so please ask upon booking if this is of interest. 

We use our own professional drivers who have undergone a driving assessments to ensure your vehicle is taken care of. Vehicles are collected between 8:30am – 10.00am and usually delivered back between 3pm – 5:30pm.

Lift home or to work

If you work locally, or just need a lift home we can easily arrange this for us.  This is useful where are collection and delivery times are not convenient, or you would prefer to discuss you booking directly with our service team at the dealership. 

Waiting appointments

For minor servicing, MOT’s, tyres or minor repairs, you may like to wait with your vehicle. We offer three pre-booked waiting appointments at 8:00, 10:15 and 2:00pm throughout Monday-Friday and 8:00am and 10:15 on Saturdays. We will always try to accommodate you if these times are not convenient. 

As part of our ongoing services, we also offer our e-check follow-up visits as waiting appointments. This is where we have serviced you vehicle and identified some items on your vehicle that may need attention in the future (Amber items).  We offer a complimentary re-check three months after your service to check these items have not deteriorated further and gauge when you should consider replacement.  

Saturday morning appointments

We are open from 8am – 1pm on Saturday’s for servicing, MOT’s, tyres and light repairs. These can be a convenient alternative if you work away from home or the weekdays are busy for you. 

Courtesy Cars

We operate a number of courtesy vehicles that can be used for an administration charge of £10 while your vehicle is in for service.  We can also accommodate you if your prefer to collect the vehicle the night before. All that we ask is that you replace any fuel used and do not smoke in the vehicles.  We cover the insurance but do need you to present your driving licence upon collection in order to arrange the free loan. 

T&C's - Age limits 21-85, Held a UK licence for the minimum of 1 years, Have obtained no more than 9 points in the last 3 years and no disqualifications in the last 5 years. Insurance excess is £250.
