Location: County Garage Ford, Herne Bay – Official UK Ford Dealership
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience/qualifications
Training/Personal Development: Up to £5,000 per annum investment in training and fast track to Master Technician
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, one in two Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm
Facilities: Latest diagnostic equipment/specialist tools
Pension: 3% Employer Pension contribtuions (subject to eligability)

Do you have at least 3 years experience as a vehicle technician and take pride in delivering the best quality workmanship?
The role includes delivering a high level of workmanship on vehicle maintenance, service and diagnostic routines. We are looking for a genuine enthusiasm to take on all types of work on a vehicle, with a tenacious attitude to get vehicles fixed right first time.
You will be supported by a friendly team, with a vast experience of working both on Ford vehicles and other brands.
To improve our customer experience you would also be required to complete an electronic video health check on every vehicle worked on in order for the customer to view the condition of their vehicle.
To continue your personal development, you would be registered with the Henry Ford Academy to both benefit from training on new technologies and progress through the different levels of technician qualifications with up to £5,000 annual investment in training and fast track to Ford Master Technician. Courses are delivered both virtually and at Ford's state of the art training academy.
The role also requires you to be proficient in using web-based applications and you would need to hold a full driving licence. Level 3 NVQ/VRQ or equivalent in vehicle technician/mechanical, maintenance and repairs required. Working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota system.
