Meet The Team at County Garage Ford

Service Customer Team 

When you visit our service department you will be looked after by Dean, Sarah and Neal (left to right). They are here to make your booking as convenient as possible while ensuring your car gets the very best attention from our Ford trained technicians.
 

Dean has been with us for 15 years, having previously worked for other franchised car and truck dealers.  He possesses an extensive knowledge of Ford parts and warranty.

Sarah joined us in 2014, and is the person you are most likely to speak to when phoning in or dropping your vehicle off for service.  Sarah joined us from VW, as an already very experience service advisor.

Neal has been with us for 16 years, starting as a technician and progressing his career through to one of our highly trained Ford Master Technician and MOT tester. Neal is available to discuss concerns and answer any technical questions you may have regarding your Ford.

Sales Advisors

In our sales department, you will be looked after by Greig, Robert or Darren (left to right). Ford are a very innovative manufacturer, and we keep up to date with numerous product related courses each year to give you the very best advice. Unlike many dealerships, your will stay with your sales advisor from the very start, making any financial arrangements through to vehicle collection and beyond. Our relationships with clients is built on trust, good value and a relaxed buying experience.

Greig joined us in 2007, having been in the motor industry since completing a diploma in the subject at college. Greig takes his knowledge of the product very seriously and has looked after over 2,000 customer purchases from new, recommended and existing clients.

 

Robert, is the son of our Managing Director, Jack Norvall.  Robert first joined County Garage Ford in 1999, and is a very experienced member of the team having also gained experience in the motor industry outside of the family business.  Robert brings a very relaxed feel to the purchase experience and makes everything very simple which many of our customers find refreshing.

 

Darren joined us in 2016, having gained a lot of experience with Ford at a different dealership.  You will find Darren very attentive and really looks at the detail in finding the best solution for our customers.

 

All of our sales team are Motability trained and can also handle business and lease enquiries.

 

 

 

Customer Collection

Are we collecting your car for servicing or giving you a lift home, then most likely you will meet Hayley and Allan. They started on the same day in 2015 and have a varying number of roles including vehicle collections.

 

Behind the Scenes

Debbie and Carole look after all things connected with vehicle administration, stock control and accounts and a number of roles beyond. Our company would simply not function without them.  Both highly experienced, between them they have served over 40 years with County Garage Ford.  

 

Management

Jack Norvall took over the business in 1993, and has remained an active part of the day to day running until very recently; he now comes in one day per week. Allan Thompson looks after all business operations. Allan has a Masters degree in Automotive management and is a fellow of the institute of the motor industry having spent all his working life in the industry with Ford. He considers his main role in equal measures being the satisfaction of customers, his team and the companies partnership with Ford Motor Company.
